Shipping
Free shipping for all orders above $400USD or NT$12000.
All products will be shipped from our headquarter in Taiwan.
Note: Power banks cannot be shipped overseas
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Delivery time: within 48 hours after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please expect 5-9 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for your orders to arrive. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
We select the appropriate international courier for delivery based on the destination and package characteristics. Please adhere to the courier listed on the official website (SF Express, DHL, etc.). If a specific courier is required for delivery due to restrictions on the destination, please consider this carefully. Completing your purchase will be deemed your agreement.
Because shipping companies adjust their shipping fee calculation methods from time to time, the actual shipping fee displayed at checkout will be the main factor.
Local import duty, taxes or customs clearance are not included in our prices and are expected upon the arrival of your order.
The import tariff standards of different countries are different. If your country wants to charge tariffs for the goods or additional fees for remote areas when receiving the package, the buyer must pay it himself.
※Tariffs are fees charged by the customs of the recipient's country when the package is imported. They are not collected by our company. If you have any questions about the tariff amount, please contact the customs of the recipient's country to inquire.
Returns
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, from how they fit to how they perform. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition with packaging intact. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. However, all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Defective / Damaged Products:
All the products given to the carrier are and remain in an excellent state. We attach particular importance to the quality of our products and we are very attentive to the opinions of our customers. The buyer must inform us by email at sales@tranzend.co.uk. Our customer service will reply to you and inform you of the process that follows.
