Find a storeIs a power bank included?
No. WIZE runs from an external USB-C power bank, sold separately. Any compatible bank plugs into the inner pocket.
Jacket or Coat — which one?
Same system and shell. The Jacket is shorter (66 cm back length, size M) for movement on the slope. The Coat is thigh-length (85.4 cm) with a fur collar, for the full winter silhouette on and off the mountain.
Can I adjust light and heat separately?
Yes. Each has its own three levels, set from the chest. Run the light without heat, heat without light, or both.
Why does the shell crinkle when I work hard?
The membrane draws moisture in before releasing it, and swells slightly as it does. The surface can wrinkle for a while, then lies flat again once dry. It is how the membrane breathes, not a fault.
Should I ski with the belt and POV pocket?
The belt is styled for après-ski; we suggest removing it on the slope. The POV pocket is a phone holder, not impact protection — detach it whenever you prefer.
