Power bank connection
With the power bank switched off, plug it directly into the Type-C connector on the garment. Please do not turn on the power bank before connecting, to avoid conflicts that may cause the system to shut down.
Use a power bank rated 12V or 5V/3A, Type-C output.
Do not use any power bank below 5V/3A.
3-Level Heating
Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on.
Press once to select preferred heat level:
- Red - 60°C
- White - 53°C
- Blue - 45°C.
Unplug the cable when not in use.
Warranty & service
For non-intentional faults or damage, the Active Heating Series offers a 90-day warranty and lifetime repair service. After the warranty period, repair fees may apply depending on the condition of the product.

Overseas shipping fee is NT$600, free shipping for orders over NT$12,000.
