We pick the courier that serves your destination best, so your parcel may arrive with DHL, SF Express or a local partner. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.

Yes. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, or to store credit if you prefer. Return postage is paid by you, and the original shipping fee is not refunded. If anything arrives faulty, email sales@tranzend.co.uk and we'll take care of it.

Any import duty, VAT or customs handling fee is set by the destination country and collected on arrival. It is charged by them, not by TRANZEND, so it sits outside the price you pay at checkout. Worth checking your local thresholds before you order.
